Hilarie Rutagarama

President of Mafubo Namibia

A resident of Namibia since 2000, Hilarie Rutagarama was born in Rwanda and educated at the Notre Dame Institute in Byimana. After her secondary studies in 1988, she benefited from training in Social Sciences for young female leaders and was sent to study in Lourdes in France. She then worked in Rwanda, Zambia and Namibia respectively.

Early pioneer in prevention, care and support for HIV / AIDS patients and builder of female solidarity, Hilarie graduated from the International University of Management where she obtained a BSc degree. in science and management of HIV / AIDS and has since worked at ChildLine / LifeLine. Deeply involved in the training and facilitation of small capacity building courses, she piloted national and international training programs and was a pivotal member of the group in establishing ChangeAgent, a business wing of ChildLine / LifeLine funded by USAID to train NGOs, government agencies, public and private institutions.

As a consultant-expert, she was selected in 2008-2012 by Unicef and Child Helpline International to establish "Green lines" or red telephones for children and led international workshops in West Africa (Senegal, Burkina Faso, Mauritania, Togo, Benin), in East Africa (Malawi) and in Southern Africa (Lesotho, Swaziland and South Africa).

The international exhibition of more than 12 in him made it possible to realize his dream: to bring to light the germs of greatness and to make people realize their full potential. She helped them fulfill their dreams, speak the words of faith and victory and let them know that they appreciated. Her soul hunter faith is to make them discover eternal wealth, eternal health, eternal love and eternal self-expression. This springboard took her to discover and connect with Mafubo. She is the founder of Mafubo Namibia.
